I created a series of illustrations from photographs supplied by Inga, using a restricted colour palette and some vectorised conversions of paint splatters that I have previously created.

someone asked me to do some similar illustrations for a project so I grabbed a couple of snaps lying around and mixed in some vector graphics of paint splashes

not really my usual sort of work – but this was part of a series of leaflets and poster banners for an event which Giulio is involved in.

The photography is from Giulio’s portfolio, the text content supplied by his client and the design was my idea, and created in Illustrator and InDesign.

I have got 500GB space on my Mac, I have probably used up abouy 400GB of that – it is time to start burning discs …

Just sorting through some of my stuff, planning to create some nice slick galleries in Flash to show it all to the world

This was part of a series of line and ink drawings that I created using some photos as templates, it is really simple, but I like it (maybe because I am simple as well …)

I would like to turn my hand more towards the illustrative work and am waiting for a new charger to be delivered so I can get my 20D up and running, but I really like the way that some illustrators reduce photographic images down to a minimalist pallette.

I shall shortly create a new portfolio to display my own personal works – I have one up and running but it is pretty old, here it is though:
